Our program is a full service program in which we handle all aspects of the sale from start to finish for one set price. If you are purchasing adjudicated property through a parish that uses a different program, but would like assistance with certain parts of the process such as notice work and/or mortgage record affidavits, contact us to get a quote.

NOTE:  If you are a public official or employed by a political subdivision and wish to purchase adjudicated property, it is important to understand that E & P Consulting does not have the capacity or obligation to monitor direct or indirect property purchases by public officials.  The responsibility to determine whether or not a purchase may or may not run afoul of state ethics rules and/or how to make that decision remains at all times with the public official.
