Having assisted political subdivisions in selling their adjudicated properties since 2013, we have learned a lot about how properties end up blighted, abandoned, and with curative problems.  We have developed an efficient and cost-effective process to assist interested individuals in solving their property problems.   Important is that our process does not begin with litigation.  We prefer to work off of a title commitment that lists the exceptions recognized by the title insurer.    We then work to locate individuals and communicate with them regarding their assistance in curing the properties problem.  This may involve hearing stories about the property’s past and working with individuals or heirs to put the puzzles pieces together toward resolution.  After years or trial and error, we believe that we have developed a process that provides a fair and streamlined approach to the process for all involved.   Review the Curative Form or send us an email if you have questions.
